The Company was originally incorporated on 02.07.92 as M/s.Ellipse Industries Limited. Subsequently the name was changed to M/s.Kabsons Industries Limited w.e.f 29.03.93. The Company set up 12 gas filling plants in various parts of the country and a factory at Aurangabad to undertake distribution of L P Gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). It also set up to manufacture gas cylinders of 5.5 kg capacity.”
